haha... okkay. i kinda felt dumb. i sort of went to my blog to check if i had blogged about retreat already... think i have super bad memory lah..
anwyay. wad our youth combined media retreat on friday... was cool. we went down to marina bay for a session of games and talking and eating and really enjoying ourself... ahha. had great fun although i was late and ya... missed all the games, but it was still fun. ahha. celeberated jias birthday there. although it was kind of sudden and badly planned, but it still went well (I HOPE =x)... haha. had steamboat after we broke up into our various groups to discuess about quarter 2. haha. we went to dragon steamboat for steamboat. managed to get ourself tables at the back of the place, so it was kind of like our area kind of think. haha. quite fun. made a lot of noise. the gas pipe connecting to the girls' cooker came out halfway, and it was like a flame thrower.. haha. got a shocked, but it will be definately one thing that i will remember for that day. very glad to see how the people bonded together during the steamboat time. really glad to be in this one big famiy of ours. saw many new faces from the previous retreat. i realise that we are growing! haha. from my first media retreat to the retreat on friday... God has really brought us a long way, and i do believe that God will bring us even further! =DD
had easter service yesterday. haha. supposed the meet the mdeia team at 9 for breakfast, but i ended up waking up at 9 again. so rushed out of bed, took a shower, and i took a cab down to nexus. managed to reach nexus in 20 mins time. haha. bahh.. but i was late anyway. joanne and jias was already there. but the rest of the boys (namely joseph and keith) were also late. haha. kinda like leader like follower kind of thing... but yup.. haha. was commenting why the sound people though they only had to reach at 10 managed to reach at 930. haha. anyway. service was great! saw almost two full house of people! haha. it was cool. there was not any major big bu hohos. and i believe that God really used the media that was projected on the screen to touch the hearts of many people that day =DDD...
went to mind cafe after we had our dinner. haha. played many games and i really enjoyed myself there. haha. mama koh treated us to tauhuay! haha... so sweet of her to do soo... haha. heard ben they all trying to scare jer with ns stuffs. haha. took bus home with pherd and yiyou. haha....
had caregroup today. and AS USUAL, i woke up late... haha. usually when i wake up late i will still manage to reach in time cause i wll only be late to meet jer on the bus.. haha.. but today was kinda of late... decided to take train instead of bus, and i saw xinyi on the train. hha. she took bus to little india and change to train. hha. was kind of "relieved" that i was not the only one late, but oh wells. hahas. reached and bought food at the nasi store. saw huili and we waited for mathesias (hey... really sorry for the bad spelling =xx) and we headed to nerc only to find out that the rest of the pack are still at the void deck as puays is also late. and the key is with her. haha. so we had to wait for her to arrive and we went up. played water googles during caregroup and i was like boated with water after that... den again, there were many others who had to drink more water then me =x teaching was great and i was reminded again that i must take more time out for God.. and to really spend time with His Word.... slacked around at rc with puays, jiali, xinyi, yiyou and pherd after cg... we ordered kfc up and we played a game of domino uno (which we totally dunno how to play) and citidal. ahha. my first time playing! haha. had jaili benind me to teach me how to play.. ahha. had great funnnn... and we wated phentom of the opera after that. it was cool!!! the singing and the film play... totally amazing. u guys should catch it...
just about to finish packing my bag for camp tml... going for fms freshman orientation camp tml.. haha. hope that i will have a great time there. kind of excited about tertiary life... hehe...
OO.. sudden realisation.. i think i like to hang out at cafes and just chill... haha. although sometimes i may think that it may be a bit ex at first.. but after that, i will think that it is worth it =DD... ahha..
